Meet the Team with Liliana Polley

Liliana Polley joined our team this summer as the HMTCA-Trinity Partnership Program Manager. Though new to CHER, Liliana is not new to Trinity. She was a 2021 IDP graduate and is now pursuing a master’s in public policy at Trinity. She serves on the executive committee of the Trinity College Alumni Association and has previously worked with Professor Serena Laws as site coordinator of the VITA clinic at Trinfo.

What is your current position at Trinity, and what are you most looking forward to in this role?
Liliana Polley IDP ’21

I am the new HMTCA-Trinity College Partnership Program Manager. I have always been passionate about building community, and this was the perfect opportunity to help the college strengthen the partnership between the two institutions. I look forward to fostering a strong relationship between HMTCA and Trinity and engaging both institutions in meaningful ways. I would love for the partnership to be a model other institutions could use to create new connections with high school students.

What past connection do you have with Trinity?

I am a proud Trinity College graduate, IDP’21. I was always very involved as an IDP student at Trinity; I am also a member of the Trinity College Alumni Association Executive Committee and a Public Policy Master’s degree candidate at Trinity. Trinity has been a part of my life for the past five years, and I have a strong connection to the college and to what it represents.

What made you want to take this role?

The importance of this partnership. I believe in the potential of the two institutions working together and striving for a cooperative effort between the two institutions. I am also passionate about education and the opportunities it creates, and I am excited about being able to provide engaging and meaningful opportunities for Trinity and HMTCA students.
